Review Process

Our rigorous double-blind peer-review workflow ensures the highest quality of research and scholarly integrity.

The conference follows a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure the highest quality of research and scholarly integrity. All submitted manuscripts will undergo the following steps:

1. Submission Check

  • Manuscripts are screened for completeness, formatting, and relevance to conference themes.
  • Plagiarism is checked using standard tools Turnitin
  • Papers failing quality or formatting standards may receive a desk rejection.

The Editorial Board / Technical Program Committee (TPC) will be responsible for conducting the initial submission check, including completeness, formatting, scope relevance, and plagiarism screening.

2. Double-Blind Peer Review

  • Each eligible manuscript is assigned to two or more independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant domain.
  • Both author and reviewer identities remain anonymous throughout the review.
  • Reviewers evaluate manuscripts on:
    • Originality and innovation
    • Technical quality
    • Methodology and clarity
    • Significance of results
    • Quality of references
    • Ethical compliance

The Technical Program Committee (TPC) / Editorial Board will be responsible for assigning submitted manuscripts to qualified reviewers and initiating the double-blind peer-review process.

3. Evaluation Outcomes

Based on reviewer feedback, the Editorial/Technical Program Committee may decide:

  • Accept As It Is
  • Accept with Minor Revisions
  • Major Revision and Re-review
  • Reject

Authors are required to address reviewer comments and submit a revised version within the given deadline.

4. Final Decision

The final decision is made by the Program Chairs / Editorial Board based on:

  • Review reports
  • Revision quality
  • Rebuttal response
  • Ethical and academic standards

5. Presentation Requirement

  • Accepted papers must be presented during the conference (oral or poster).
  • Non-presented papers will not be considered for publication.

6. Publication

Only papers that: pass the review, adhere to ethical standards, and are presented at the conference will be forwarded for publication in the Taylor & Francis conference proceedings/journal (as applicable).

Any form of unethical behaviour including plagiarism, duplicate submission, falsification, data manipulation, or authorship violations will lead to:

  • Immediate rejection of the manuscript
  • Notification to authors’ institutions
  • Prohibition from future submissions
  • Retraction (if already published)
