Publication Malpractice Statement & Commitment to Scholarly Integrity.

This conference is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics in scholarly publishing. All stakeholders: authors, reviewers, and editors are expected to follow the ethical guidelines outlined below.

1. Responsibilities of Authors

  • Submit original work that has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
  • Properly cite all sources and avoid plagiarism, duplication, or data manipulation.
  • Disclose any conflicts of interest and funding sources.
  • Ensure that all listed authors have significantly contributed to the research.
  • Cooperate during the peer-review process and respond to reviewers respectfully.
  • Report any significant errors discovered after submission or publication.

2. Responsibilities of Reviewers

  • Maintain confidentiality of the review process.
  • Provide objective, unbiased, and constructive feedback.
  • Declare any conflicts of interest before accepting a review.
  • Review papers only within their field of expertise.
  • Avoid using unpublished material for personal benefit.

3. Responsibilities of Editors / Program Chairs

  • Ensure fair, transparent, and timely review of all manuscripts.
  • Make decisions based solely on academic merit and reviewer feedback.
  • Maintain confidentiality of submitted manuscripts.
  • Avoid conflicts of interest during the decision-making process.
  • Take appropriate action when ethical misconduct is suspected or reported.
