Submission Guidelines

1. General Instructions

  • Paper Length: Maximum 6 pages (additional pages allowed with extra fee)
  • Language: English only
  • Template: Authors must strictly follow the official conference template (Taylor & Francis – as notified on the website)
  • Submission Mode: Online submission through the official conference website / CMT portal
  • Review Process: Double-Blind Peer Review
  • Originality: Papers must not be under review or published elsewhere
  • Plagiarism Limit: ≤ 15% similarity index (excluding references)

2. Paper Formatting

  • Use the official conference template without modifying margins, fonts, or styles
  • Include abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, results, conclusion, and references
  • Figures and tables must be clear and properly labeled
  • References should follow the prescribed citation format
  • Non-compliance with formatting rules may lead to rejection or cancellation of registration at any stage

3. Plagiarism & Ethical Policy

ICRAME 2026 follows a Zero-Tolerance Policy toward plagiarism and unethical practices.

  • All submissions will be screened using plagiarism detection tools
  • Papers exceeding the permitted similarity index will be rejected without review
  • Self-plagiarism, duplicate submissions, and AI-generated unverified content are considered misconduct
  • Any ethical violation detected even after acceptance or presentation may lead to withdrawal from proceedings

4. Review Process

  • Every paper undergoes Double-Blind Peer Review
  • Reviewers evaluate originality, technical quality, clarity, and relevance
  • The decision of the Program Committee will be final
  • Authors may be asked to revise papers based on reviewer comments

5. Copyright & Presentation Policy

  • E-Copyright Transfer is mandatory for all accepted papers
  • At least one author must register and present the paper at the conference
  • Papers not presented will not be included in the proceedings

6. Registration Policy

  • Registration is compulsory for inclusion in the conference proceedings
  • Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances
  • Each registration allows presentation of only the permitted number of papers as defined in the fee policy

7. Corresponding Author Responsibilities

The corresponding author must:

  • Regularly check email (including spam folder)
  • Respond promptly to reviewer and organizer communications
  • Ensure all co-authors approve the final submission
  • Complete copyright and registration formalities on time

8. Publication & Indexing

  • Accepted and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings
  • Proceedings are planned to be published with an international publisher (as announced on the website)
  • Papers will be submitted for possible indexing in databases such as Scopus and others, subject to publisher and indexing agency policies
  • Selected extended papers may be recommended for journal publication after an additional review process
